Custom Binding via Console
/bind <key> <command>
/bind mouse1 +attack
/bind space +moveup
/bind q "weapon 5" // direct weapon slot bind
/bind e "weapon 6"
/bind r "weapon 7"
Direct weapon slot binds are common in competitive play. Most players bind RL, LG, and Rail to easy-reach keys rather than number keys.
Common Competitive Bind Patterns
| Action | Common bind |
|---|---|
| Rocket Launcher | Q or E |
| Lightning Gun | E or R |
| Railgun | R or F |
| Grenade Launcher | G or 4 |
| Previous weapon (fallback) | Mouse wheel |
Sensitivity Setup
Configure in console:
/sensitivity 3.5
/m_yaw 0.022
/m_pitch 0.022
/m_accel 0
Sensitivity preference varies widely by player. Lower sensitivity is common for Rail accuracy. Higher sensitivity helps LG tracking. Most competitive players use 400-800 DPI on hardware and 3-7 in-game sensitivity.
